Welcome to Product Release 2025.5! This release gives you more control over your Salesforce links and adds richer CSV exports for reporting, along with a filtering fix. Here is what is new.
đ Salesforce Integration
Edit Salesforce Opportunity links on your matters. If a matter is linked to the wrong Opportunity, you can now correct the link yourself, and the related Account link updates automatically to match.
Salesforce records now show their familiar Salesforce reference IDs, making it easier to match records between BriefBox and Salesforce.
đ Reporting & CSV Exports
Export Risks to CSV. You can now export risk data from your matters, so you can analyse, present, and share risk insights outside of BriefBox.
More fields in the Matter CSV export. Matter exports now include the Offering field and a Restricted flag, so you can report on matters by service offering and quickly identify restricted matters.
đ Fixes
Fixed an issue where some Matters filters, such as Activity Type and Category, did not return the expected results.
This release also includes behind the scenes reliability and performance improvements.
