Welcome to the July 2025 release of BriefBox. This is a small, focused update that makes workflow requests smarter about the services they relate to, along with a couple of polish fixes.
đ New: Offering on Workflow Requests
Workflow requests can now capture the Offering they relate to. The Offering field is available on the standard workflow request form in both the Business and Legal portals, and you can filter your workflow request lists and queues by Offering to find the work you care about faster.
Workflow queue rules can also route on Offering, so requests for a particular service can be sent automatically to the right queue and the right team.
What this means for you:
Better routing. Queue rules can now direct requests to the right team based on the Offering, reducing manual triage.
Faster filtering. Filter workflow request lists and queues by Offering to focus on the work that matters to you.
Cleaner reporting. Capturing the Offering at intake keeps your workflow data aligned with the services you deliver.

Fixed a display issue where some fields on the New Matter forms in Launchpad were clipped and hard to read.
Removed outdated Business Unit references from the Launchpad settings and FAQ.
